  • Gear type: The servo-driven gear pump ensures high-precision dispensing and filling by accurately controlling the rotation angle. Configured for use in large oven production lines.
  • It is suitable for quantitative filling, decorating and spreading of semi-fluid and particle-free materials, such as sponge&chiffon cake batter, mousse, puffs, brownies, cream, jam and other materials; compatible with round and square mold production.
  • It is highly flexible and can be applied to molds with different numbers of arrangements. For baking tray molds within the specification range, there is no limitation on the number and size of nozzles arranged in the same row, which is suitable for baking tray mold products of various specifications.

  • Equipped with HMI and PLC system, the depositing weight can be freely adjusted.
