While home ovens are single or double, industrial ovens may have several racks available and can control the temperature more precisely. They are able to bake several batches of anything in a day, are able to run almost around the clock as needed and are often higher so they are easier to reach and both load and unload. Some are able to be rolled into different positions and locations in the kitchen to be better accessible for the needs of the day, and they are designed to maintain an even temperature across the entire oven.
